Here is a Simple and Energizing Morning Routine You Should Try Right Now

If you dread waking up or feel tired most of the time, you might need to rethink the way you start your day. A simple yet energizing morning routine can make a big difference. Not only will it raise your energy level, but also help you see your life in a more positive light.

  1. Start with a good night’s sleep! I am sorry to say that, but delaying your bedtime because you are scrolling on your phone or watching yet another episode on Netflix is zapping your energy. You must ensure you sleep enough. Work out what time you need to wake up then how many whole sleep cycles you can fit. A sleep cycle is 90 minutes and what matters more is not how many you sleep but that you don’t interrupt the last one.
  2. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. By sitting up when your alarm goes off and drinking water, you set yourself up for success. This is so much more energizing than staying in a drowsy state for too long as you hit the snooze button over and over.
